- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give it zero stars I would! Brought my daughter here because she had what sounded like the croup and I just knew she had an ear infection and Dr Beth told me that she was just teething! So she got worse that night and the next day I brought her to spectrum ER and they told me she had croup and an ear infection! I'm never going back to Metro again, it's a waste of my time and money. Her ears had been bugging her for weeks and dr Beth's words were "her ears look great!" Where spectrum told me that one didn't look good and was infected. Never bring your kids here if you love them and want them to get the best treatment. Sticking with spectrum!August 07, 2017by Conner Hansen
